Lets Get Flexy Yoga Challenge!

I can never resist a Yoga Challenge! It's a year this month since I completed
my first yoga challenge with Blissology called Earth Body Yoga -
It was soooo much fun, so it seems appropriate to make sure I do one this October too.

Day 2 #SJM

I'm on Day 2 and feeling rater confident :-)
The SuperJuice Me! plan consists of one morning 'Shot' of Juice,
the 4 juices throughout the day, evenly spaces at 10am, 1pm, 4pm and 7pm.
The first and last juice is a 'Thickie' which is basically a juice that is blended with something
like an avocado or a banana, and even extras like protein powder or seeds
(I quite like Chia seeds  in mine!) The middle two juices are 'Thinnies', just pure juice!
To make juicing life easier, the two Thickies of the day are the same, 
and the two Thinnies are the same. This means you make two of each, and your done :-)

SuperJuice Me!!

I have finally made the commitment to do the SuperJuice Me! 28 Day Juice Plan.
I have been juicing for the last 2 years, and have completed several of the
Jason Vale 3, 5 and 7 day Juice Plans and always felt so fantastic afterwards.
It's not just about weight though!! I've been feeling exhausted a lot of
the time, so I'm really hoping this will give me back the vitality and
energy I had over the summer.
